I am Kalika Vissia

For the past five years, photography has been more than my profession, it’s been a way to tell honest, meaningful stories. I’m drawn to the quiet, often-overlooked moments and the small details that make each person and family uniquely beautiful. The connections between loved ones inspire me most, and I approach every session with the goal of capturing those genuine bonds in a way that feels natural and true to you. My style is timeless and authentic, creating images that won’t just look beautiful today, but will hold their meaning for years to come.


Senior sessions hold a special place in my heart. There’s something powerful about documenting that brief, in-between season when a teenager is on the edge of becoming who they’re meant to be. I take the time to get to know each senior, so their personality shines through in every image. The result is a collection of photos that feel personal, confident, and entirely their own, something both you and your family will treasure long after this moment has passed.

As a mom of five daughters and a wife of 17 years, I understand firsthand how important it is to preserve the fleeting moments of family life. I know what it’s like to show up to a session with a moody toddler, a teething baby, a teen who refuses to smile, or even a camera-shy spouse. It can feel stressful or even defeating.


That’s where I come in.


With years of experience (and plenty of real-life practice at home), I’ve learned how to gently guide sessions so they feel relaxed, natural, and even fun. I have tried-and-true techniques to engage little ones, ease nervous parents, and capture genuine expressions without forcing a thing. And if the day just isn’t working, we can always reschedule. Your experience matters as much as your images.


My goal is simple: to create a comfortable space where your family can be yourselves, so we can capture memories you’ll treasure for years to come. I’m here for you every step of the way.
